Terms and Conditions for Sassy Sundae's Necklace Giveaway

1. Eligibility

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Sassy Sundae, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, as well as immediate family members and those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

Participants must fill out the entry form on a Meta Ad or on https://indulgences.sassysundae.com/

Only one entry per person is allowed.

Entries must be submitted before the drawing in December.

3. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a complimentary necklace from Sassy Sundae.

The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions are permitted.

4. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

The drawing will be conducted by Sassy Sundae, whose decisions are final and binding. The winner will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the drawing.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 10 days, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be chosen.

5. Publicity

By participating, the winner agrees to allow Sassy Sundae to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. General Conditions

Sassy Sundae reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at any time, for any reason, without notice.Sassy Sundae is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or unauthorized human intervention.

7. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sassy Sundae, its affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies from any liability, claim, or damage arising from participation in the contest or acceptance or use of the prize.

8. Privacy

Any personal information collected during the contest will be used in accordance with Sassy Sundae's Privacy Policy and solely for the purpose of administering the contest.

9. Governing Law

The contest is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Sponsor

The contest is sponsored by Sassy Sundae.
